STOKE AUDITIONS for the animated feature film SPIRIT OF THE GAME

Why the auditions?

These auditions are being held to find local youths and adults who might be talented enough to be the voice of some of the minor characters in the 2D animated film Spirit of the Game.

Our director is seeking people who can convey the local Stoke accent well enough to be believable to a UK audience, but also 'light' enough to be understandable to a US audience.

You do not need to be a professional actor - our production team wants to give an opportunity to people who are new to this creative field. Our director will be looking for raw acting ability though, such as the skill to convey a sense of the character, what they are feeling and how they are reacting to the situation they find themselves in.

When do the auditions end?

Entries can be submitted anytime from now to Wednesday 12th December 2012. If you are chosen, then you will be needed in January / February 2013 to record the voice track in our London studio.

What to do

Please choose a character from any of the scenes below. You can choose more than one character from different scenes.

Try to achieve the best sound recording that you can so that we can hear the quality of your voice. You can have friends or family read the other dialogue to give you a guide.

You can then submit it to http://www.signal1.co.uk/local/spirit-of-the-game

Entries will be selected each week to go forwards to the final judging, so get yours in early to maximise your chance of getting through.

A very special animated project ~ about the ghost of a legend and the making of a new one!
